What happens at the Personal Matching Session

During your initial discussion, your Matching psychologist will:

• Explain how counselling works and answer your questions
• Identify which of our psychologists you will work best with
• Help you set realistic and achievable goals
• Provide your treating psychologist with a full background report
• Be there if there are any problems with the match

Matching sessions are available at our CBD office, 5 days a week, before and after hours.
