Paul is an experienced psychologist with experience in clinical assessment settings across a range of settings from emergency services, government and corporate sectors; to elite sports & public transport services. 

Paul has experience utilising various psychometric tests in standardised mental health screening and triage of frontline workers, enabling early diagnosis & intervention of psychological disorders. Paul’s proficiency in psychological assessments includes various personality disorders; and psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression and stress, risk assessment, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and addiction.
