Michelle is a warm, down-to-earth psychologist who works with children (6+), adolescents, and adults. She has worked in private practice, schools, specialist autism and home settings, and provides both assessment and counselling. Michelle believes clients are the experts in their own lives. She helps them recognise their unique qualities, build confidence, and feel more positive about themselves and their future. She offers a calm, supportive space where clients can talk openly about stress, uncertainty, and life’s challenges, and feel heard as they work towards feeling more able to cope.

Michelle supports diverse clients to explore what is affecting their wellbeing and relationships. She helps people develop insight into their thoughts, emotions and behaviours and build helpful skills for everyday life. Her approach considers the whole person, including life circumstances, relationships, supports and challenges. Michelle works collaboratively, adapts her approach to each client in an inclusive, neuro-affirming and trauma-informed manner. She values building a trusting relationship and incorporates each person’s interests into sessions.
