I’m a psychologist who’s long been curious about how people manage life’s challenges, what makes problems feel overwhelming, and what helps people move forward.
Throughout my life I have seen the same themes appear such as stress, self-doubt, relationship strain, burnout, and the experience of feeling stuck.
Our work in therapy together is practical and evidence-based, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the principles of Positive Psychology.
Outside of therapy I’ve coached executives, lead teams, taught performance psychology and business strategy and coached my son as he competed in Paralympic sport.
I also work with business owners and executives who want to find clarity, regain direction and feel more in control – emotionally, mentally and practically. I don’t take a one size fits all approach, I meet them where they, and help map a path that’s realistic for their life, family and business.
