I am a psychologist and rehabilitation counsellor who thrives on helping you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I am a supportive, empathetic and compassionate person who believes in creating a non-judgemental space to facilitate understanding and connection. 

Having worked within leadership roles within organisational settings, as well as in clinical practise, I have strong understanding of the challenges which both work and home life can bring. I work with you to understand your own individual challenges, and develop individual strategies with foundations from a range of different therapeutic approaches, depending on what will work best for you. With a strong interest in neuroscience, I like to incorporate evidenced based behavioural tools which support healthy adaption and improved functioning. 

I have worked with teenagers, young adults and adults to create desired change in behaviour, emotions and interpersonal relationships. My support is flexible, tailored and compassionate, giving you the tools and strategies to manage your life effectively. I specialise in supporting young girls and women to develop confidence and self-esteem, as well supporting individuals to manage navigate workplace stressors.
