I work with adults with anxiety, depression, addictions, stress, trauma and relationship issues. I try to create a warm and nurturing space that fosters a deeper understanding of yourself. I use a person-centred approach to allow you to tell your story whilst working collaboratively with you to develop plans for change. My own experience of psychology profoundly changed my life through its gifts of self-awareness and insight into the processes of the mind and emotions. Every day I feel privileged to work with my clients to help them achieve their goals and enrich their lives.
During our sessions, I will be compassionate when listening and will offer practical tools for you to start using right away to make positive changes. Therapy should not be a mysterious or confusing process. It should be linked to concrete goals and measurable progress.
