Ahmad El Rozz
What brings me to Psychology Melbourne is our shared dedication to putting the needs of our clients at the centre of our practice.
My approach to helping people to address psychological distress is strengths based and client centred. I have spent over 10 years learning about the field of mental health to develop a repertoire of skills, strategies, and techniques I can modify and apply to a broad range of clients.
I work collaboratively and dynamically with my clients to tailor their treatment specifically to their needs, where they are at the time of their journeys. I combine the expertise of my client’s knowledge of their life, distress, and challenges, with my expertise in mental health, counselling, and motivation building.
My goal is to work myself out of a job by building capacity within my clients. Working with them to develop the skills to address their presenting concerns and overcome similar challenges in the future.
I am a bi-cultural, tri-lingual therapist with extensive education, clinical training, and life experience. I keep myself on the cutting edge by teaching, supervising, and participating in on-going academic activities.
I can provide services in English and Arabic.
