A comprehensive set of psychological services designed to support the wellbeing of employees at all levels of your workforce. It provides access to counselling and other psychological services in a cost-efficient format.

Unlike traditional EAPs that focus mainly on counselling, the Care4 Your Employee Program also includes psychological screening, assessments, training and workshops, and group therapy. This broader approach is designed to provide flexible support options that can be tailored to employees needs.

Our psychologists can work with employees to explore and address issues that may affect wellbeing and performance. If required, support can also extend to family members.

• Psychological screening may help identify areas of concern (e.g., learning or attention difficulties) and determine whether further assessment is required.
• Training and workshops provide evidence-informed support on workplace wellbeing topics. Sessions are available for 1–2 hours, online or face-to-face.
• Group therapy allows employees to access shared support in small groups, at a lower cost than individual sessions.

Care4 Your Employee Program can also complement existing EAP programs, with features such as:

Program Options

• Standard Program - $5,000: For smaller companies with fewer than 5 employees expected to use the service annually
• Premium Program – $10,000+: For small to medium-sized companies with 10–15 employees expected to use the service annually
• Gold Program - $40,000: For medium to larger companies with 20+ employees expected to use the service annually
