There is no such thing as a human that doesn't need support sometimes. If it all feels too much and you're overwhelmed by your emotions, or perhaps you've gone numb long ago, it's ok to be where you're at.
The question really is, where do you want to be in the future? What do you want your life to look like, and how can you get there?
I am all about helping people build up their own toolkit of coping strategies so that you feel you have options to weather the storms and are in control of your own thoughts and feelings and not at their mercy.
I don't have the answers to your life. You are the expert in your own experience, choices, thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I can offer you a listening ear, empathy, respect and will draw on the science to see if there are proven strategies that may be useful in your own life. My aim is to help people feel like they don't need me.
