It is not uncommon to feel overwhelmed, unsure, frustrated and struck. These symptoms, which can manifest as the early indicators of anxiety and depression, are what Ann-Marie is trained to identify, understand and treat in partnership with the client.

Ann-Marie is passionate about helping people make positive and sustainable changes in their personal and professional lives.

With over 25 years combined Corporate and counselling experience, Ann-Marie brings a whole hearted and practical approach to her work.

She also incorporates insights from her former corporate career in banking and the reality of family life, being a wife and mother to 2 children.

Using a range of emotional, cognitive and behavioural interventions, Ann-Marie tailors her approach to the needs of the client.

Encouraged by the research that early intervention results in better outcomes, Ann-Marie wants to help you take that first step and support you in your journey towards recovery and wellness.
