The Introductory Counselling Program after a Personal Matching and Assessment session you move into three clinical consultations with the psychologist you will be matched to. Further sessions will be available if you wish to continue.

The Matching is an important part of the program as looks to find a good therapeutic relationship – the crucial partnering of client and clinician - between you and your psychologist, rather than randomly assigning you to ’the next cab off the rank’. This can mean better and speedier results, and substantial savings for clients.
The assessment identifies any underlying issues that may be present and advises you on the best therapeutic approach. Further tests may be required.

Before your first session reception will email you some intake forms and screening tests for you to complete. These must all be completed at least 4 hours before your first session.
