• Understand and master your emotions

You will come away with a deeper self awareness and new communication and relationship skills to achieve happiness.

When:

Thursdays, March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 6.30pm to 8pm.

Time:

Five (90 minute sessions) from 6.00pm – 7.30 pm.

Cost:

$150 for eligible participants with a GP referral or $250 full fee
