We offer small classes for between six to 10 participants, which are run by qualified psychologists. Think of our classes as a Pilates course for mental fitness, where you will learn and practise new skills and exercises. See our classes page for what's on this month. These structured classes teach practical skills that enhance and strengthen the effectiveness of traditional counselling and provide a more solid foundation for lasting change. Our classes run for between 1 to 1.5 hours and provide facilitated and structured learning on a range of topics. Classes are usually held in the evenings. Light refreshments are available on arrival.
