Our classes are carefully designed to improve your life skills, allow you to better manage your emotions, and adopt new behaviours.

They are structured classroom-style sessions where you will learn proven techniques and practise them in a supportive class environment.

Medicare rebates are available for eligible class participants.

 

Manage Worry and Anxiety Class - Starts August 18th

Wednesday 18, 25 August and 1st September from 6.30pm to 8pm.

 

Stop Over-analysing! - Starts September 22nd

Wednesday 22 and 29 September, 6.30pm to 8pm.
